Updating Your "My Account" Profile
My Account includes a profile section containing the information we have on file for your company. Once you have logged in to My Account, you can access My Profile by clicking on the link in the upper right corner of the screen:
We divide My Profile into two sections:
Contact Information
In this section, you can view the mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address currently on file for your company in our records. Click the "Update" button to submit changes to us. In this section, you can also change your subscriptions to e-mail alerts and special promotions.
Company Information
This section contains basic information about your company on file in our records:
- Full company name
- State of incorporation or formation
- Business structure (corporation or LLC)
- Date of formation
- State file number, if assigned
- A summary of the services we provide to your company
Keep Your Records Up-To-Date
As your Registered Agent, The Company Corporation will forward important government notices and records to the legal address of your business. We will also provide you with email alerts for "Must Do Action Items" as a customer of My Account. You must keep your contact and company information current to take full advantage of our service.
