How to Access My Account
The Company Corporation developed My Account to help customers keep track of their corporate or LLC requirements. If your company is eligible for access to My Account, you can access the login page by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of this page:
You can also click on the "My Account" link at the left side of the page:
Have You Already Accessed My Account?
If you are a returning user, simply enter your user name (e-mail address) and password.
Are You a New My Account User?
If this is your first visit, we will need some information from you to verify your identity and create your new login. We will ask you for two pieces of information:
- Your e-mail address or telephone number currently on file in our records, and
- A secure piece of information, such as your incorporation/LLC formation order number, Registered Agent invoice number, EIN on file in our records, or the last four digits of the credit card or bank account you used to make payment for your order or invoice.

Troubleshooting My Account Access
If you have trouble accessing My Account, please contact us for assistance. You may have entered information that does not match our records, or your company may not be eligible for access at this time.
